SAVE THE ROYAL - HAYFIELD ARTISTS ART AUCTION!

Elephantstones artists Simon and Eve Bridges have donated artworks to be auctioned off to raise money for ‘Save The Royal’.

Last year, the Royal Hotel in the centre of Hayfield Village closed its doors. Shortly after its closure, the Hayfield community came together to put forward a proposal to reopen the pub. Various fundraising events are taking place over the next few months to raise money for the ‘Save The Royal’ campaign, including a Hayfield Artists art auction.

Organised by Sue McCall, the Hayfield Artists auction will be held at St Matthew’s Church on Saturday the 26th of October. Featuring local art by local artists, the artworks can be viewed from 4:30pm with the auction taking place at 7pm. Hosted by Mike Greensmith, there will be a refreshments and nibbles for visitors. All proceeds go directly to ‘Save The Royal’.

Support a worthy cause and help get the pub at the heart of Hayfield reopened by treating yourself to a beautiful piece of art, sounds like a fair deal to us? :)

You can also donate to the ‘Save The Royal’ fundraiser at Go Fund Me.

See below the two pieces donated by Elephantstones artists… Both artworks are being auctioned framed and ready to hang!
